GM broken exhaust manifold bolts

What to do with a broken #7 (up against firewall) exhaust manifold bolt on a 2004 Chevrolet Tahoe? Exhaust is leaking and Check Engine light is on. Vehicle needs to get emission's inspected for plate renewal.

Drill and extract it. Those are easy! Lots of room! Don't forget to either replace or resurface the manifold so it doesn't come back leaking later. The manifold warps streaching the stud until it brakes.

Don't forget to spray it with some penetrating oil!  The best stuff I have used is made by Castle.  Blows PB away
