Having trouble with this one. Have replaced Air Fuel/O2 sensor bank 2 sensor 1 with two different brands. Code comes bask with in minutes.Performed check list from Mitichell. Have checked  all wires (5) with mulitmeter, all good. Has 12 volts and 5 volt refrence. Replaced computer and had updated flash. All for not! Any ideas?

Have you graphed the A/F sensor with a scope?  Pull off a vacuum  hose and watch if the sensor goes lean , then add some fuel thru the vacuum port and see if the sensor goes rich.  If it fails either of these test, replace with a dealer sensor.

I would agree.  I always a factory A/F ratio sensor

I would create a vacuum leak and watch both B1S1 and B2S1 for a response, then add propane or carb cleaner to the A/F mixture to drive the system rich and watch from an opposite response from both sensors.  This would rule out a bad sensor. Then I would only use a OE Honda sensor

What were the results on the wires. 12V on the heater circuit makes sense, however a 5V reference does not.

3rd the boot.  It seems Hondas are pretty picky on their AF specs.

Mike@Harold's Did you ever figure this one out? I would be curious to know how the sensor is failing. Is it stuck lean, stuck rich, is it the heater failing. I feel that there really isn't enough information to send you one direction or another.
