Some of these trucks rust at the frame by the gear box and get weak. Might be something to check.
Most steering pulls are a direct result of a Tire separating. eather due to the age of the tire or impact.
I have seen this many times over. Customer comes in with a complaint of a vibration or a steering pull.
Alignment can affect a pull, but only if there was a impack to a curb or such. Due to bent or broken parts.
I recommend starting with checking Tire dates and tread wear. Look for substantial cracking in the sidewalls and tread surface.
Tires over 7 years old are already past the expected life. Replace if that's the case.
