A.You can call the Federal-Mogul Tech Line at 1-800-325-8886 (US & Canada only).

Q.Do I install National seals dry or with lubrication?

A.National seals (except PTFE seals) should have a light film of lubrication applied to the lip prior to installation. In applications where PTFE seals will be retaining a lubricant or be fully flooded with a fluid, the seals should be installed dry.

Q.Do I need a special tool to remove an oil seal?

A.Most seals will require a seal puller or other tool to remove.

Q.Why should I choose a National seal over another brand?

A.The National brand has built a reputation as one of the most respected names in the industry. We are committed to providing premium products that meet or exceed OE specifications across the full spectrum of wheel bearings and oils seal needs.
